The fund was originally suspended on 13 June 2023 and is the primary fund to reopen after a plethora of suspensions.
Thus far, 5 funds have been suspended (together with the BDM fund) and two are suspended whereas the method of closing the funds takes place: Odey Swan and LF Odey Portfolio.

Brook AM mentioned functions for the subscription, conversion and/or redemption of shares might be submitted and will probably be processed on 10 July. If buyers want to take action, the deadline for the functions will probably be 2pm on 7 July 2023.
Moreover, any functions submitted earlier than the fund was suspended and weren’t processed may also be processed on 10 July, until shareholders withdraw their functions.
The Brook Developed Markets fund is amongst 5 Brook AM and Odey AM funds at present under discussion to transfer to Lancaster Investment Management.
The opposite funds to be transferred are LF Brook Absolute Return, Brook Absolute Return (IRL), Brook Absolute Return Focus and LF Odey Opus.
